Personal Training Packages and Pricing*

All Personal Fitness Training packages include a complimentary consultation and are 30 minutes in length.

Team Training packages are available for individuals wanting to share a Personal Fitness Training session with another individual. Teams, or training pairs, may be selected by the individual or arranged by a Personal Fitness Trainer, based on similar fitness needs and goals. Team Training sessions are one hour in length. Would you like a strength, endurance or cardio workout without jeopardizing your joints, then try Personal Water Fitness Training?

  Why not try having one on one instruction in the pool?  Below are just some of the topics our instructor who has been teaching in the water for over 15 years could help you with:

  • Water walking extraordinaire! Low impact but vigorous
  • Suspended Abdominals: concentrated abdominal work, using floatation equipment
  • Flex and Stretch: range of motion and flexibility exercise-great stress reducer
  • Water resistance training: build strength by using the water as a weight
  • Aerobic Splash: not a minute without movement- endurance and interval training
  • Conquering the S-word: entry level to proficiency swimming instruction
  • You name it: Customized instruction according to your needs and goals
  • Water Babies-Expectant Moms:  movement made easy with buoyancy, keeps you fit up to the due date
  • Sessions prices are the same as regular personal training packages.
