All Personal Fitness Training packages include a complimentary consultation (fitness assessment, body composition assessment, nutrition assessment, and goal setting) and are one hour in length.
Team Training packages are available for individuals wanting to share a Personal Fitness Training session with another individual. Teams, or training pairs, may be selected by the individual or arranged by a Personal Fitness Trainer, based on similar fitness needs and goals. Team Training sessions are one hour in length.
